Due to our quality assurance shipping procedures, we guarantee that all items shipped are in good quality condition. Julien's Famous Cajun Stlye Po-Boys will not accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened or where the tamper evident seal has been broken (food product and other related merchandise). DAMAGED OR UNUSABLE ITEMS We take extra precaution in packing your content to ensure it arrives undamaged. All jars and glass items are wrapped in air-bubble or polystyrene peanuts shaped loose fill to eliminate movement of contents during shipment. In the event that you receive damaged product, please contact us at juliens@juliens.com within 2 business days after receiving your package. Please retain all packaging material in case we are able to make a claim if insurance is available. See return procedures below for further instructions. |
